Open the URL your organization was given for your Shadow Mountain deployment. Each customer organization has its own deployment.
Magic link or password
Depending on how your administrator configured access, you will sign in with a magic link emailed to you, or with email and password.
- Use your work email.
- If you do not receive a link, check spam and confirm you were invited.
- Contact your facility administrator if you still cannot get in—not a public support chat.
After sign-in
You land on the reports list for your active facility. Use the facility control in the shell if you belong to more than one site.
