Download from the case. The product verifies generation integrity on download. That proof means the file matches what the system produced—it is not family consent, facility witness, or clinical sign-off.
Wet-ink clinical fields
Where the PDF includes blank clinical sign-off areas, complete them according to your facility policy. Those are separate from cryptographic generation proof.
